A: We accept cash, card, and checks! Please note that a 4% surcharge will be applied to card and check payments.

Q: Do you offer any discounts?
A: Yes! We provide discounts for Multi-Vehicle, Government, Military, and Seniors. Be sure to follow us on social media for exclusive updates and additional discounts!

Q: Do you come to me?
A: Absolutely! We are a mobile detailing service, and we travel to you to detail your vehicle on-site for your convenience.

Q: Do I need to be present while my vehicle is being detailed?
A: No, you don’t need to be present! While we’d love to say hello, we understand you may be busy. Payments can easily be handled over the phone.

Q: I already scheduled my appointment, but I’d like to have another vehicle detailed. What should I do?
A: Give us a call, and we’ll do our best to fit your second vehicle into the schedule. If we can’t accommodate it right away, we can schedule it for the next available appointment slot, and you’ll still be eligible for our multi-vehicle discount!

Q: Can I combine discounts?
A: No, our discounts cannot be combined. We allow one discount per appointment.

Q: What if the weather is bad on the day of my appointment?
A: If the weather doesn’t cooperate, we will gladly reschedule your appointment at the earliest convenience. Your satisfaction is our priority!

Q: What if I don’t have water or power outlets available?
A: No worries! We bring our own water and electricity, so we can still provide full detailing services even if these aren’t available at your location.
